Intern - Operations Training Web Content, Sioux Falls, SD

Learn and assist in delivering knowledge centered support and the migration from team member intranet site to ServiceNow portal for our internal support content.

This is a paid summer position. 40 hours per week. The internship last 8 - 12 weeks.

KEY FUNCTIONS:
Attend meetings to learn about business practices, and internal processes and procedures.
Perform content modifications, additions or deletions, in the content management system (CMS) or ServiceNow Knowledge as required.
Edit and format internal website content or Knowledgebase articles. Take steps as necessary to improve information content structure.
Ensure content is consistent with company brand, editorial style and technical writing standards.
Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
Adhere to Midco privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy.
Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Working towards an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Education, or other related area.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 30 lbs.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
