DevOps Engineer Intern

As an associate in the DevOps organization, you will work with teams in a fast-paced work environment to design and engineer integration and enhancements of Agile and DevOps enablement tools. You will work with technology teams to develop business solutions by leveraging Site Reliability and DevOps principles, utilize innovative approaches to solve complex technical problems and apply advanced technical principles, theories and concepts to develop products.

Requirements:
·      Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
·      Graduation date of Spring 2021 thru Spring 2022
Preferred:
·      Java and C/C++ a bonus
·      Knowledge of industry standards and architectures and design and integration principles for complex, heterogeneous systems
·      Relevant experience with SOAP and REST based web services, messaging and event processing systems, Spring, Spring integration, Hibernate, JavaScript, JQuery AJAX and related frameworks is a plus
·      Understanding of Git, and Subversion, Make, or Maven experience
·      Good knowledge of Python, Groovy, or similar scripting languages
·      Knowledge of Unix/Linux based systems, and experience troubleshooting applications running on these systems.
·      Practical experience of continuous integration, continuous build, test automation, cloud deployments, containers
