BioDevices Training and Support Coordinator (Intern)

Internship Summary:
This internship will provide technical insight to BioDevices in the poultry production environment. The assignments in this project will be focused on assisting in developing training material as well as support information and web platforms that support field service specialist globally.

Internship Job Duties:

  • Aid in developing and maintaining a training and support SharePoint site (Office 365 applications)
  • Evaluate assessment data from service technicians via online reports (Articulate Software).
  • Aid in developing training material (Mac OS Applications, Pages, Keynote). Electro-mechanical detail as well as operational detail.
  • Aid in developing field notifications and alerts regarding design changes and parts obsolescence (Mac OS Applications, Pages, Keynote)
  • Aid in hosting remote training sessions (Web Ex). Assisting the instructor in prop setup and monitoring chat questions.

Internship Qualifications:

  • Candidate of AS, AAS, or BS in electrical or technical / computer science degree
  • Excellent writing and communications skills
  • Enrolled in a degree program during the Spring term preceding internship
  •  Completion of at least one year of undergraduate studies and a 3.0 GPA or higher
  •  At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Successfully pass a background check and drug screen
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving & analytical skills
