Corporate Communications Intern
Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) has an immediate opening for a Corporate Communications Intern located at the Columbus General Office in Columbus. The position closes March 4, 2020. This position will report to the Director of External Affairs and Corporate Communications.
This is a temporary position starting approximately May 18, 2020 and will end approximately August 28, 2020 (depending on student availability). Work schedule is Monday through Friday; 40 hours/week.
Position Summary
The incumbent assists in planning, developing and implementing communication plans for the internal and external audiences; creates written and graphic content, and coordinates photos, graphics and video to be used in the layout and design of print and digital publications. The incumbent will also assist with educational programming, planning and coordinating special events.
