HRIS Analyst Intern

The HRIS Analyst Intern will assist operations and project efforts related to, compliance training, the applicant tracking system, and HR Information Systems. This position will report to the Senior HRIS Analyst and may work with the HR team and other internal customers. 

  • Enforce data integrity, quality, and cleanliness across all data and processes
  • Monitor and respond to shared inboxes, escalating issues as needed
  • Ensure FAQs and training materials are maintained for training and distribution
  • Participate in reviewing, testing, and implementing HR systems
  • Provide input to improve processes and customer service to enhance current systems and databases
  • Validate diversity and inclusion reports
  • Create reports and spreadsheets
  • Maintain contact information and key details with vendors

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or Project Management
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as customer service orientation
  • The ideal candidate will have initiative and the ability to work independently or with a team
  • Project management and HRIS skills are a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • This will be a part-time temporary position working approximately 20 hours
